Terms of Use

Terms regarding my Paintings, Drawings and Photography (referred to as "work" or "art").

You may download my work for your personal use, meaning you may print it for your own use or use it on your own desktop, but you may not sell it or otherwise make money off it.
You may NOT display my work on your site without my permission.
- If you want to display one or more of my work on your site, you will have to ask my permission beforehand and include a link to the website you intend to put them. Please wait for an answer from me before uploading anything. If I say yes there are a few guidelines:
  01. A link back to tiogardubh.net must be provided on the same page the artwork is displayed on.
  02. You may not remove the watermark or crop it off. You may resize the image, or ask me to send you a version more suitable for your site, but other than resizing you may not edit it.
  03. Do not hot-link to the image(s). Save them and then upload them to your own web space. Faster loading for everyone and it won't suck up my bandwidth.
You may NOT use my work for commercial use without my expressed permission. This means you may not sell copies/prints or otherwise reproduce my art.
You may NOT direct link/hot-link to the image files of my work. You are allowed to link to the page it is located on, but not the image itself.
You may not edit my work in any shape or form without my permission. Editing includes, but is not limited to:
- You may NOT claim my work/art as your own.
- Every one of my work/art has a watermark on it ('tiogardubh.net' or 'a. suzanna koek'): you may NOT remove it/crop it off.
- You may NOT recolour, crop, use parts of it for your own work or otherwise alter my work.
